THE DAWN OF A NEW ERA
For those people who haven’t met me yet, I would like to introduce myself to you and look forward to meeting you all in person.
For those people who haven’t met me yet, I would like to introduce myself to you and look forward to meeting you all in person. Having unfortunately spent some time away from school at the end of the summer term, I was thrilled to back in the job that gives me so much enjoyment. I feel very fortunate to being the custodian of your children and the responsibility for their learning in Year Four. I know we’re going to have a wonderful year together; learning a lot, but having some fun on the way!
The start of a new school year, brings the start of a brand new topic for the children to learn from and immerse themselves in! Our first topic, The Blue Abyss, has very much inspired the children, and one of the learning activities for them was to learn about new and different sea creatures, then sort them using different criteria.
Even though the weather was against us, Elm class started their PE lessons this week. They certainly showed boundless energy (as the photographs show!) while participating in an indoor hockey session.
The children have worked diligently for the first week in all subjects, especially in English and Maths. They certainly have impressed me!
