As well as this page of our website, remember to take a look at our BGJS News Gallery and Sports Gallery to find out more about what has been happening at our school!
Have a look at our Off By Heart poetry winners from this term. Well done to all who performed superbly in front of the whole school. Thanks also to Mrs. Still and Mr. Cunningham for putting this together with the help of our green screen technology.
Following on from our new outdoor events such as the Outdoor Nativity before Christmas and the 50th Anniversary Party In the Dark back in the Summer, we can now confirm that there will be a BG Community Festival on Friday 13th July 2018! This will be similar to the Anniversary event with a night of entertainment on our outdoor theatre and we are working hard to put together a line up that will excite everyone. Groups of our children will be performing of course (as they are the real stars) and a range of varied special guests.
Watch this space!
(If you or anyone you know is interested in volunteering to perform at our festival, please email the school office. Thanks!)
What a great night this was for our community last year...
Thanks to Mr. Wingfield for this fantastic video!
It really does captures how much fun we had celebrating our 50th Anniversary here at BGJS!
Thanks to Mr. Galley (past Deputy Headteacher at our school) for all of his help on the day and for leading 'The Peris' in a fantastic end of the evening performance!
Thanks as always to our fantastic PA and to all other volunteers for their time and support. We couldn't have done it without you!
