YR 3/4 BOYS' FOOTY TEAM WIN SILVER AT BIG TOURNAMENT

What a fantastic display by our Boys' Year 3/4 team who got all the way to the final of a large Southend tournament recently by scoring 19 goals and not letting one in. The final was so tight with it going to Golden Goal after a 0 - 0 draw in normal time. After pressurising our opponents and shooting from every angle, the ball would not go into the net. Heycroft went up the other end, won a corner and scored. It was over but so unlucky. We believe this team have huge potential and know that this initial disappointment will only make them stronger. Well done for getting silver boys!
