P.E. in pine class!
This half term has been a very active one in both our outdoor and indoor P.E. sessions.
This half term has been a very active one in both our outdoor and indoor P.E. sessions. In outdoor games, we have been practising hockey skills. We learnt how to dribble a ball, move around the space whilst avoiding other players and complete a controlled push pass. We have been applying these skills to a game at the end of each session, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. In our indoor P.E. sessions, we have been learning some gymnastic skills. We began by learning and practising different types of rolls and ways to travel across the hall and ended our half term by looking at using the patches and points on our body to create balances.
“I love our gymnastic sessions because I learn new thing!” Hannah from Pine.
